One Altar of Lilith statue is hidden in the Malnok Stronghold.
However, it's worth noting that three of the statues can't be collected until certain requirements are met: The Fractured Peaks Altars of Lilith locations are pretty easy to figure out if you follow the map above – which details where you find every one of the statues. This is the first major area in Diablo 4, and the region that you'll likely spend the most time in as you'll figuring out how to work your character.
